All items are made to order unless otherwise noted. Please allow 7-14 business days to recieve your items. Business Day is Mon-Fri and excludes holidays. If at any time an order needs to be rushed please message me prior to placing the order and If I can I will make sure to get it out for you.

Once your order has been shipped and you’ve received a tracking number Cotton Blossom Creations is no longer responsible for your order. In the event that the carrier service loses your package you will need to contact them and work with them on being refunded. I will not be refunding any sales for lost orders outside of my establishment.

Damaged products : if you receive items and they are damaged you have 48 hrs after the items have been delivered to send me pictures describing the damage. Once I have reviewed the pics I will determine if it will be a full refund with shipping back or no shipping back.
Full amount will be refunded once items have been received that includes shipping
